Booking an appointment
A booking made here is a request for a time, and it is confirmed when we say so. We may have to move or cancel an appointment — a barber falls ill, the previous cut runs long — and if that happens we will call you on the number you gave us.
Please arrive on time. If you are very late we may not be able to fit the full service in without pushing everyone behind you, and we may have to rebook you.
Cancelling
Let us know as early as you can. Call the shop — the fastest way to free a slot for someone else is a phone call, not a message nobody is watching.
Prices
The prices shown are starting prices. What you actually pay depends on the work: how long the hair is, how fine the braid, how much hair is added. The barber will tell you the price before starting, and no work begins until you have agreed to it.
Payment is taken in the shop. This website takes no money and stores no card details.
The work itself
Tell the barber about any allergy, any scalp or skin condition, and any reaction you have had to a product before we start. If you are not happy with a cut, say so while you are still in the chair — we would far rather fix it there and then.
Photographs on this website show the kind of work we do. Hair is not identical from one head to the next, so they illustrate rather than promise a result.
