A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. This one asks for very few, and none at all for an ordinary visitor.
If you are just visiting
This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking on it, so there is nothing to switch off. Booking an appointment sets no cookie either.
If you log in to manage the site
WordPress, which this site runs on, sets cookies so it can tell that you are signed in and keep you signed in while you work. They are necessary for logging in at all, and they go away when you log out.
The map
The map showing where the shop is comes from Google, and this is the one place another company can set something in your browser. It works one of two ways:
- As a picture. Nothing is requested from Google until you tap the map. Until then, nothing about you reaches them.
- As Google’s interactive map. It loads from Google’s servers as soon as the page does, and Google may set cookies of their own. What they do with those is covered by Google’s privacy policy, not by this one.
If you would rather not load the map at all, the address is written out on the page beside it and the shop’s phone number is at the bottom of every page.
Turning cookies off
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking them will not stop you reading this site or booking an appointment.
